Eat Easy aims to help you meet your goals around eating well, staying active and stretching SNAP benefits further.

It’s been created through the New York State Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Nutrition Education and Obesity Prevention Program (SNAP-Ed).

Funded by the federal government, SNAP-Ed shares ways to shop for and cook healthy meals on a budget. It’s all about helping people make smart choices where you work, shop and live.
